Rick Sanders has been with the Crestview Fire Department since March 1989, where he began his career as a Firefighter.  In 1991, he was promoted to Fire Inspector and still serves as the Code Enforcement / Fire Prevention Officer.  Fire Marshal Sanders is a member of the Northwest Florida Building Officials Association of Florida, the National Fire Protection Association and the Internationl Association of Fire Chiefs. He maintains certifications as a N.F.P.A. Certified Fire Protection Specialist and a State of Florida Building Inspector. He is married and has one son and two grandchildren.
