Crestview's Fire Station Five is located at 2106 P. J. Adams Drive, Crestview, FL.  This station was constructed in the year 1997, at a cost of approximately $170,000.00.  Station Five serves as the primary training center for the personnel assigned to the Crestview Fire Department.  This fire station is manned 24 hours a day, seven days a week and provides fire service for the residents from the area south of Duggan Avenue to the area of Antioch Road.
